October 2016 Dividends and Passive Income Progress


In October I only made purchases in my Loyal3 account. I wrote a post here
I didn't purchase any stocks because I could not decide what stock I want. 
Plus I am accumulating cash on my account in order to pay property taxes for rental and my house.

    1. I think it depends on size of your portfolio. PLus if you feel nervous, maybe it's not a good idea to buy more.

  2. Nice long list of companies paying you for October. Congrats on a nice double digit year over year increase as well. I have the same goal as you for my next milestone of passive income. I want to average $1k a month next. Thanks for sharing.

    1. so far it is not an easy goal for me to reach $1k but slowly its increasing.Recently I am thinking more and more to pull out my money out of my regular brokerage account and buy a another rental property but time will show. Thanks for stopping by

  5. Nice diversified collection of dividend payers you've got there! After seeing the futures market drop huge in the evening following the election, I was hoping to be able to pick up some stocks quite cheap. Crazy that the markets, particularly biotechs, have shot up so much!
