Project: Dividend Stocks for Teenager November Dividends update

I wrote how we started Dividend Stocks portfolio for my daughter and keep track of our progress here.

My daughter turned 20 y.o. this month, so technically she is not teenager anymore but I will keep it as a teenager portfolio because we started it when she was a teenager.

We didn't purchase any new stocks this month. Maybe December we will have more time to discuss stocks and she will pick one or two stocks to finish 2016. So far she has 10 stocks in her portfolio.

November dividends:

PG$11.76
RY$12.83
T$18.68
Total $43.27

Here is dividends month by month:

We reached $400 this year and we are going to be very close to $500 to finish 2016. We automatically reinvest dividends.

Thanks for reading and please share your thoughts.

  1. Another awesome update. It's so great that you are investing in dividend paying stocks for your daughter. Nice year over year increase too by the way. Like you I reinvest all my dividends and for my baby too. Just helps move the compounding machine along. Look forwatd to seeing your $500 goal met.

  2. I love that you're investing in dividend paying stocks for your daughter. She will thank you about this down the road. $500 is a lot of money for doing absolutely nothing. Keep up the great work.
